How do you ensure the freshness of your produce during delivery?

We harvest most of our produce the same morning it is scheduled for delivery. All items are transported in temperature-controlled containers to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh as they were in the field.

Where are your products sourced from?

We take pride in supporting local agriculture. The majority of our fruits, vegetables, and artisanal goods are sourced directly from our own farm in Southwest Ranches and neighboring local growers.

What is your delivery area and schedule?

We currently deliver to select zones within Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Delivery days vary by zip code; you can view your specific delivery window at the checkout page.

What is your policy on returns for perishable items?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Are your farming practices organic?

While we are not officially certified organic, we follow sustainable and regenerative farming practices. We never use synthetic pesticides or harsh chemicals on our crops, prioritizing the health of our soil and customers.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription box?

Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date to prevent processing.
